Another favorite that’s been in the family for a while. I remember having peach cobbler as a kid and just eating the cobbler part. Now we make it with blackberries, blueberries, apples, mixed fruit – you name it!
Ingredients
For the topping:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
Procedure:
- Mix all the topping ingredients together on a large bowl (it will be crumbly).
- Spread the fruit evenly over the bottom of a pan. If you have a fruit that needs to be sweetened a bit, sprinkle a bit of sugar over the fruit.
- Sprinkle the topping over the fruit. For a little extra oomph, melt a few tablespoons of butter and drizzle it over the topping before putting it in the oven.
- Cook @ 375 for about 30 minutes.
